Plan International Bangladesh currently has 29,282 sponsored children. In view of the above vision, Plan International will do everything it can, working with community members, to ensure that all children, including sponsored children, are healthy, well educated, safe and have a voice in decisions that affect their lives. Plan International will ensure that every community where sponsored children live benefits from a programme every year.

Plan International Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic team member for the position of  Sponsorship Programme Coordinator who will be responsible for working with partners for community mobilisation for managing growths and cancellation of sponsored children; controlling quality of sponsorship communication items; ensuring participation of sponsored children in programmes implemented by Plan International; tracking benefits for the sponsored children; hosting sponsor visits and developing youth volunteers.

 

What we’re looking for

 

We need a self-motivated and energetic individual who has a degree in Social Science with at least 2-3 years’ experience in development sector. Has experience to use of various technological tools (Computer including e-mail, internet, scanner, software (MS Offices), etc.). S/he has effectively communicate skills to facilitate relevant orientation to make sponsored children and their families understand the necessity of maintaining quality communications between the sponsor and the sponsored children. Has experience in community mobilization and willingness to ride motorcycle.
