I- OPPORTUNITY
The Parternship Manager will be responsible for Working with subject matter experts to proactively identify potential partnerships with local and national organisations, including those led by young people, particularly girls and women. Facilitate and guide the partner mapping and selection processes to identify new partners, including young women/girl-led organisations, and possibly shortlist them to establish a list of partners and Promote and implement Plan International's Building Better Partnership and Pathways policies and all other related documents. S/he will Facilitate and coordinate the partnership management process to ensure well-planned, coordinated and consistent management. andWork with technical programme specialists and management to ensure that the design of organisational policies and strategies, programmes/projects and Go/No Go decisions are consistent with the partnership strategy. This includes contributing to the relevant content of proposals and ensuring the allocation of appropriate budgetary resources for projects and partner support. As a priority, he/she will Ensure that Plan International Cameroon and partner staff have the appropriate capacity to implement
II-ABOUT YOU
The internship manager must have a Master's degree in development studies, social sciences, project management or a related field. He/she should also have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in programme and/or grant management, as well as significant experience of partnership approaches to development and humanitarian response. Strong strategic analysis and planning skills, including the development of partnership strategies/frameworks. Effective stakeholder and relationship management and strong communication and persuasion skills;
