I-        OPPORTUNITY

The Local Education Coordinator is responsible for Coordinate and ensure the effective functioning of the Local Education Group (LEG) and its thematic working groups. And organize and facilitate sector meetings, consultations, and multi-stakeholder dialogue processes. He or She must monitor the implementation of agreed actions, recommendations, and education sector priorities. and Strengthen collaboration among government institutions, development partners, UN agencies, and civil society organizations.  Develop and manage reporting, monitoring, and knowledge management systems. Produce analytical reports, policy briefs, and decision-making tools to support evidence-based planning.  Promote gender equality, inclusion, and equity across all LEG processes and activities.  Support the implementation and monitoring of the Education and Training Sector Strategy (ETSS 2023-2030) and the GPE Partnership Compact

II - ABOUT YOU

The Local Education Group Coordinator must have qualifications and/or experience in professional fields related to Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, International Development, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field. And 5 to 10 years of experience in education sector coordination, policy development, partnership management, or development cooperation. Strong knowledge of education sector governance and multi-stakeholder coordination mechanisms. Excellent facilitation, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong analytical, reporting, and information synthesis abilities.

Subject to funding : Annual Salary : 9 395 880 XAF
