I-    OPPORTUNITY

 

The Grant Compliance Officer will be responsible for acting as the focal point for all major compliance issues related to the assigned donor portfolio, and for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel from various donors and NOs, as well as with internal PIC stakeholders: Programs, Finance, Supply Chain, ERM, etc. as required. As Grant Compliance Officer, you will informs Programs, Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders of any changes to donor compliance rules and assesses their impact on PIC programs and engages with Program Influence and Implementation Areas (PIIAs), as appropriate, to provide information and develop solutions on key donor compliance issues. You will also Assess current contracts, systems and procedures against donor requirements and develop tools and processes to support contract preparation and compliance across the organization.

 

II-ABOUT YOU

 

The Grants Compliance Officer must have a university degree in finance / economics / accounting with a certificate in auditing or donor compliance with 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience. As Grant Compliance Officer you must have proven knowledge and prior experience of multilateral and bilateral donor grants and contracts; proven expertise in interpreting and applying statutory and regulatory language in the execution of donor entity awards and contracts and in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in language, application and implementation.
