The Opportunity


Plan International is embarking on an ambitious 2 year plan to upgrade and replace our existing solution to a cloud based SAAS model. ERP based systems are core in Plan International for managing all our finances, grants, programmes and procurement activities


As the Programme and Grants System Process Owner you will be working under the direction of the Lead System Process Owner and working alongside other System Process Owners to design, build and help deliver our new ERP solution. This solution is replacing the current SAP solution covering Finance, Procurement & Logistics, Grants Management and Project Management. The new ERP solution will support our strategic goal of reaching 100 million children by allowing closer monitoring of project delivery and spend, this coupled with data provided by our new Monitoring & Evaluation solution will link outcomes to projects and give a clear and holistic view of our performance against agreed objectives.


The Person


Ideally, we would like you to have:  


Practical exposure to ERP related projects

Understanding of the business processes involved in Supply Chain Management

Demonstrable experience of business process mapping

Demonstrable experience working on major / global business system deployments

Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio skills

Type of Role: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

Location: Global Hub, Woking – 25 minutes from London Waterloo.

Salary: Competitive
