The Opportunity

 

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within an international organisation and have exposure of working in Global ERP and Reporting system solutions.

In your role as the Finance System Analyst you will support the Global ERP Financial System across Plan International – for Global Hub offices across all regions and over 50 country offices worldwide. You will support over 500 country users in efficient use of ERP functions in all areas of finance and grants finance processes in-line with global standards & procedures, hold regular ERP training sessions for country users and supports Business Intelligence (BI) reporting functions for various stakeholders for Global Finance Reporting. 

 

The Individual

 

To succeed in this challenging and exciting role we would ideally like you to have an applicable degree or accounting qualification.

 

Demonstrable experience of working within System Focused roles, preferably using large scale ERP system covering Finance and Grants Process. As well as experience of system testing, preparation of training material and hold large audience training workshops. This includes ERP/SAP knowledge on both global implementation and business use.

Location: International Headquarters, Woking (approximately 25 minutes from London Waterloo)

Reports to: Finance Systems Specialist

Salary: Competitive
