ROLE PURPOSE

The Archivist will be responsible for physical filing, scanning, and filing of vouchers on designated portals in OneDrive. The role will keep a logbook of archived vouchers and ensure monthly reconciliation of vouchers is prepared, reviewed, and approved. Further the position will retrieve vouchers and ensure requested vouchers are signed for in the logbook by requesters on issue and on return.
