The Opportunity

 

The Monitoring and Evaluation Intern is responsible for assisting in the monitoring and evaluation, technical leadership, planning initiatives, monitoring, evaluation, research and dissemination in the context of BMZ project implementation. As Monitoring and Evaluation Intern, you will also assist in strengthen the project's technical team and provide technical support to the project MERL Officier, communities and other partners. You will assist in to coordinate closely with the Project MERL Officer, the PIIA M&E Coordinator and other members of the emergency response team and Plan International staff, in particular the management of monitoring and evaluation, in order to improve the quality of the programme and the effectiveness of the current response/project and any future recovery activities.

 

The Individual

 

We are looking for someone with a diploma in Monitoring and evaluation or university diploma in monitoring and evaluation, social sciences, statistics, economics or other related sectors. As Monitoring and Evaluation Intern, know how to use the computer and master standard software (Word, Excel). Knowledge in Kobo Collect is an asset.
