The opportunity:

  • Support the recruitment process in line with Recruitment Guidelines and HR best practices.
  • Support in Managing the recruitment & selection process through HRIS and under pure transparency.
  • Achieve gender balance through recruitment processes.
  • Ensuring consistency of contract as per PIMz format, HR Manual and country law across all programme areas.
  • Oversee all benefit and compensation offered as per organizational pay scales.
  • Manage the transition process as a result of transfer, retirement, redundancy or termination of contract.
  • Update HRIS and payroll system on staff compensation and benefits timely.
  • Manage timely record of staff data using on HR Information Systems (HRIS and Primavera).
  • Keep up-to-date employee records with all relevant information.
  • Manage the full cycle of exit process in line with Plan procedures and country law.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in the INGO Sector or demonstrated equivalent combination.
  • Experience in handling bulk recruitments with in short period of time
  • Experience in using HR systems.
  • Proven experiences and ability to coordinate and collaborate with different departments.
  • Experience in leading team, coaching and mentoring
  • Good experience in Matrix management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft -system
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English and any local language.

Reports to: Interim P&C Specialist

Pay range: 681.970,80MzN to 767.217,12MzN annual gross. Plan reserves the right to pay according to internal procedures.
