The opportunity

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) consultant will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the Project. He/she will develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by the Project. He/she will also provide technical assistance to the Plan International implementing partners, particularly in relation to monitoring, reporting and governance issues. He/she develop data management system for the project that can be systematically monitored and inform monthly and others reporting frames

 

About You

We are looking for an applicant with a Bachelor degree in project management, social sciences, information/data management science or related field. The candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation field. S/he should have experience working in emergency settings for instance participatory approaches to education, emergency preparedness, crisis/emergency relief management, or other related area. The candidate should demonstrate good knowledge in developing an M&E system and skills of Information Technology, in order to support the development and maintenance of database system of the project.
