The Opportunity


As the Performance & Talent Management Specialist you will contribute to building individual, organizational capability and knowledge to meet evolving operational and strategic requirements.

This will enable the organisation to drive the appropriate culture, behaviours, skills, and performance by leveraging technology and creating a learning culture to embed capability development. 

In this role you will have particular focus contributing to integrating talent management, succession planning and performance management across Plan International Inc. (PII)


The Person


With demonstrable experience in performance management, talent management and succession planning platforms. You will have developed succession plans and talent pools, and have experience in linking performance to talent conversations

You will need to be future-focused, inquisitive, and open-minded. Flexible and resilient in working style with ability to adapt when needed

With excellent stakeholder management skills, coaching and facilitation skills, and the ability to build solid relationships with colleagues at all levels and provide support at a distance.

Location: Flexible location, in most locations where Plan International has a legal entity and you have the pre-existing right to live and work
