Plan International Bangladesh in view to support its Vision for 2030 has been familiarizing implementation of a dedicated decentralized People & Culture team to support its staff thus organization to excel in their capacity, motivate and retain talent them with right career support.
The role and Scope:
The Manager-Talent Acquisition and Rewards is a key leadership role within the People & Culture (P&C) Department, responsible for designing and implementing strategic recruitment and compensation processes that attract, retain, and reward the best talent. The role is critical in shaping a high-performing, inclusive workforce at Plan International Bangladesh, ensuring effective recruitment, retention, and reward strategies across both development and humanitarian programs.
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7–10 years of HR experience, with expertise in recruitment, compensation, and workforce planning
- Experience in INGO or humanitarian workforce planning preferred
- Knowledge of DEI hiring practices and feminist leadership principles
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with HR tech, updated recruitment tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive, values-driven culture in line with feminist principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy implementation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce.
- Knowledge of emergency response HR practices is an added advantage.

Monthly consolidated salary range for this role is 203,712 BDT – 254,640 BDT CTC (may vary based on experience) along with other benefits i.e. Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Life Insurance, Hospitalization Insurance coverage along with Out Patient Treatment Benefit.
