The Role

Under the guidance and supervision both from the Admin Specialist and Procurement Specialist -Young Professional will provide support to the whole Admin and Operations team with various administrative, procurement, supply chain management, local government certificate and reporting (NGOAB) related requirements, day to day operational support to the programme and operations teams and those will give a significant exposure of operations dealings and its associated activities.

Areas of Growth

• Develop individual technical and soft skills through various upskilling training/courses and ‘Learning by doing’ method under guidance and mentorship from the Operations Manager.
• Gaining hands-on experience in managing key administrative and supply chain activities.
• Develop a good understanding on programmes.
• Get practical experience and develop technical skills to work in an office environment.
• A great opportunity to build network with cross functions and professionals in this field.

What we’re looking for

• Required:          Freshly Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Business/Commerce.
• Essential:          Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Essential:          Experienced user of basic computer programmes (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word) as well as internet/search engines.
• Essential:          Young, motivated, ability to take initiative, work under pressure situation without losing composure and ability to meet deadlines.
