Plan International is one of the oldest and largest international development agencies in the world. In the Philippines, Plan works with children and their families in poor communities with programs covering disaster risk management, youth economic empowerment, nutrition, and child protection.


Plan International invites highly competent, experienced, and committed professionals to fill the following position:


The Sponsorship Staff is responsible for encoding documentation in relation to the sponsored children of Plan International Philippines. This assignment is three (3) months.


Further, as the Sponsorship Staff:


  • You will assist the Sponsorship Officer in receiving and checking sponsor child information and communications received from the field.
  • You will assist in the segregation and sorting of sponsorship letters and gift items.
  • You will process photos acquired related to sponsored children and upload them to the online database.
  • You will monitor and maintain all filings related to child sponsorship in the program area.
  • Plan International is a development and humanitarian organization. In exceptional cases, you will be asked to support emergency response activities in the communities in your assigned covered areas.




To be successful in the role you will need among other things:


  • University degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Communication, or any related course.
  • Experience in the use of computer applications or programs, online platforms, or any database management.
  • Has the ability to perform basic computer-related troubleshooting and knowledge and skill in operating corporate computer systems.
  • Has good communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Applicants must be based in the Philippines and a Filipino national.
