Are you a passionate development practitioner with experience in community-based health programs and youth engagement? Join us in implementing a transformative initiative that integrates the Oky Philippines Period Tracker App into reproductive health education and local health service delivery.

 

This project supports adolescent girls in marginalized communities by improving access to menstrual health and hygiene (MHH) information, supportive environments, and responsive services.

 


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day implementation of project activities in assigned areas.
  • Lead orientations and monitor progress in partner communities and LGUs.
  • Facilitate workshops with DepEd, MBHTE, teachers, and youth groups to co-create Oky-themed learning tools.
  • Support mapping and validation of adolescent-friendly health facilities.
  • Organize trainings for health providers on integrating Oky into adolescent services.
  • Document implementation and highlight best practices.

 


🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Health, Community Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, community organizing, and SRHR/MHH programming.
  • Strong background in participatory approaches and youth engagement.
  • Experience in digital health or app-based interventions is a plus.
  • Prior work experience in BARMM or Eastern Visayas (Samar) is an advantage.
