Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process, ensuring the best value for money and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with program teams to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Contribute to emergency response efforts in exceptional circumstances.

 

We're looking for someone with:

  • Relevant degree/diploma in logistics, procurement, or related field with 1-2 years of experience (or equivalent combination).
  • Experience in office management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with SAP processes a plus.
  • Project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Philippines.
  • Filipino nationality and residency are a must.
