Job Title: Procurement Officer
Job Description
Reporting to the Cluster Administration and Procurement Coordinator, the Procurement Officer is responsible for the implementation of the Clusters procurement plan, supporting the procurement team in the efficient management of sourcing and disposal of assets and services; ensuring all aspects of procurement are managed in line with Cluster’s and Global policies and procedures; donor guidelines.

The individual
Desired skills and competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Buying or equivalent from a recognized university
- At least 3 years of practical experience in a similar position most of which should preferably be from within the humanitarian/NGO sector and/or working with a nationwide supply chain.
- Relevant professional qualifications are an advantage e.g. CIPS
