Plan International Philippines will be implementing a three-year project that aims to increase the realization of rights of children and young people to Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRHR) by working with selected communities in North and West Samar to prevent teenage pregnancies due to the their deleterious effects on health, nutrition, education, development and future productivity of these children and young people.


In this regard, Plan International invites highly competent, experienced and committed professionals to fill the following position:






  • Review and countercheck financial transactions if they are valid and eligible.
  • Prepares payment vouchers through the encoding of all necessary cash account-related information.
  • Prepares deposits for staff cash advances and reimbursements.
  • Prepares and submits monthly and quarterly reports on time.
  • Generates and prepares weekly reports related to the project's budget and actual expenses.
  • Furnish all required financial documents during audit season or as necessary.
  • Facilitates workshops and orientations on finance, to beneficiaries and/or partners.
  • Reviews and monitors partner budgets and expenditures.




  • University graduate in Accounting or Business Administration. Certified Public Accountant is an advantage.
  • Relevant training in computer operations and financial management
  • Has a minimum of three years' work experience in the areas of accounting or business administration
  • Has experience and/or exposure to SAP financial and procurement process or any business software.
  • This role is based in Catbalogan City, Western Samar. Local applicants are preferred.
