Global Influencing & Partnerships (en_US)

To achieve our ambitious influencing goals – including the Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 – International Headquarters has restructured itself to include a Global Influencing and Partnerships (GIP) department that brings together our policy, advocacy, partnerships and communications functions. 
Alongside Plan International's four liaison offices, located in Geneva, New York, Addis Ababa and Brussels, they provide a platform to strengthen partnerships with international bodies, negotiate with key decision-makers and promote the rights of children globally.

The team's purpose is to raise awareness of issues, champion the change we want to see and use our productive partnerships as a way of making that change as effectively as possible. Along with our impactful programmatic work, we can leverage our scale, expertise and insight to realise the ambitions of our new global strategy as quickly as possible for girls and boys around the world.
